1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, products must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Free from damage, except if the item arrived defective or was damaged during delivery.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
- Gift cards, samples, and trial-size items.
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service before sending the product back.
5. Return Process

- Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Keep your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
